Electoral College Sportswear & Accessories was founded in 1994 by John and Marcia Diamond, two political junkies from Maine. The Diamonds wanted to create a clothing and gifts line for individuals who take politics seriously--but not too seriously!
Using apparel from major colleges as an inspiration, they trademarked the commercial use of the name "Electoral College" in 1995 and began selling collegiate sportswear for their fictitious college. Since then, Electoral College Sportswear & Accessories has been featured on The Today Show, MSN.com, CNN, U.S. News & World Report, Boston Globe, and many other print and digital news sources throughout the U.S.
Electoral College Sportswear & Accessories is based in Maine with technical assistance from Sephone Interactive Media and Sutherland Weston Marketing Communications.
