ELECTORAL COLLEGE Sportswear & Accessories was founded in 1994 by two political junkies from Glenburn, Maine (John and Marcia Diamond). They trademarked the commercial use of the name "Electoral College" in 1995 and began selling collegiate sportswear for their fictitious college.
ELECTORAL COLLEGE Sportswear and Accessories remains a completely Maine-based company, with screen-printing and embroidery produced in Maine by W.S. Emerson and marketing and technical assistance from Sephone Internet Solutions of Bangor, Maine and Slater's Garage.
